We offer 24-hour emergency services throughout our service area. With 3 locksmiths at our disposal, there is usually someone available to respond to your call within the hour.
DO YOU CHARGE A CALL OUT FEE?
Most reputable local locksmiths will only charge you once they have commenced work. We charge an hourly rate from the time we arrive on site. If the job takes 1 minute or 60 minutes, the cost of labour is the same.
DO YOU CHARGE VAT?
We keep our charges below the VAT Threshold and therefore do not charge VAT.
DO YOU OFFER FREE QUOTES?
We provide free quotes over the phone for most enquiries. Our team know what questions to ask to help us generate a fair and accurate price for our services. Often, we will also request a photo of the lock to clarify what work is needed.
How long are your locksmith training courses?
We create a bespoke course for each client, tailored to individual skill levels and what you want to learn. Our introductory courses last 1-2 days and cover the essential principles of locksmithing. Our novice/beginner courses offer full training, which takes 8-10 days.
